Sleep Inn & Suites New Braunfels

It was easy to find and close to Schlitterbahn, dining, and necessary shopping. It felt like a safe location. Overall everything was very clean and looks updated. The staff was nice. I forgot an item in the room and they had it for me at the desk when I remembered it later. The room was plenty big for 3 people. Breakfast was mostly good with waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, microwavable sausage egg and cheese biscuit, packaged Danish, juice and coffee. Price wise I thought it was slightly better than what was available in the area, and about what I've paid in the past for similar hotel rooms during peak time in other tourist areas.

I liked the tea options for breakfast, the fact that no pets were allowed and the location.

Location of highway was good. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast options were good; would have been nice to have boiled eggs or scrambled eggs.

Because of Covid the regular breakfast was not offered. Instead there was a breakfast sandwich one could heat in the microwave and a prepackaged muffin. It was o.k. but not my preference. I DID like that the hotel was back away from the highway. The room was pretty basic, however it was very clean. I traveled with my son and that was REALLY important to me. Even took a soak in the tub because it was so clean. The beds were decently comfortable. Overall for the money it was a good value for the night. I would stay here again. If I have to stay at a place for longer than a few days, and can afford it, I would probably find something a step up. However, so appreciate how clean it was and comfortable enough for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful....

Teenage boys loved the Jimmy Dean sausage/egg/cheese croissants. I enjoyed making fresh waffles, and the coffee was just right. Beds we’re comfortable, and the room was a cool 70*. Bathroom was very clean and had a large vanity.
